CSRWe at Metro believe and practice 'The Joy of Giving'. We have been decade-long advocates of helping the needy, standing for the ones in distress in times of emergency and enabling individuals/communities to become self-sufficient. Odisha is periodically affected by natural disasters such as floods and cyclones. Though we have improved much as a state, there are still people who need a helping hand to support them. As a dutiful organisation that benefits from society, we are forerunners in spreading the ideology of 'giving to the society'. We have bagged several projects and that has helped us to create mass employment opportunities throughout the state. We aim to create more opportunities that help the youth and uplift families. Impacting lives in a positive way has always been a joy for us. Our group of volunteers and even major core members have stepped in to provide financial aid, whenever there was a need. We sponsor several self help organisations and NGOs that are involved in social services. It is our dream to achieve a society that's equal and able, hopefully, our actions reflect it.
